SHIPPING POLICY & INFORMATION

We’re pleased to offer Royal Mail as our main UK shipping provider meaning we can ship to virtually any address in the UK.

Dispatch times

We aim for a 1-3 day dispatch time on all UK orders.

We are a custom made E-liquid manufacturer which means that all E-liquids purchased by the customer are custom made & mixed fresh. Due to the amount of hard to find mixtures & nicotine strengths, all e-liquids are hand made to suit the vapers vaping style. We do aim for a 1 day dispatch time but sometimes delays can happen.

Delivery times

For UK deliveries we always use a tracked 48 hr or 24 hr service. Please take note that these times are NOT guaranteed.

Please understand that we do not ship on weekends or bank Holidays.

International deliveries please contact us before ordering, times may vary by country but tend to be 3-17 working days. Shipping vape items overseas can create issues, we will do all we can to make sure your order does not get stopped.

If an order has been delivered by us and the tracking shows this to be delivered and you submit a dispute for non delivery, we can not refund you or re-ship your items. It is your responsibility to make sure all addresses and delivery location is correct.

Customs

If you’re visiting us from outside of the UK you will be liable for both VAT and Customs Fees on your order. The amount charged by the customs office is sadly, out of our control and we cannot reimburse you for these charges. You (the customer) are liable for any VAT and customs duties on your order.

If you’ve refused these fees and your parcel is seized and destroyed by customs you will not be refunded and will not receive a replacement order. You (the customer) are liable for any customs charges/import fees.

Overseas Delivery

We can not ship items using our Payment Processor, for International Orders please use the Bank Transfer option at checkout where Banking numbers will be used so you can pay. Please use your order number as reference.
