SHIPPING POLICY & INFORMATION

We’re pleased to offer Royal Mail as our main shipping provider meaning we can ship to virtually any address in the world.

Please note – There are restrictions on some products and some of our products cannot be shipped to international destinations. The countries are: India, USA, Japan. For these countries, please use the Bank Transfer option at checkout.


Dispatch times

We aim for a 1-3 day dispatch time

We are a custom made E-liquid manufaturer which means that all E-liquids purchased by the customer are custom made & mixed fresh. Due to the amount of hard to find mixtures & nicotine strengths, all e-liquids are hand made to suit the vapers vaping style.

Delivery times

For UK deliveries we always use a tracked 48 hr or 24 hr service. Please take note that these times are NOT guaranteed.

Please understand that we do not ship on weekends or bank Holidays.

International deliveries vary by country but tend to be 3-17 working days.

Shipping vape items overseas can create issues, we will do all we can to make sure your order does not get stopped.

Customs

If you’re visiting us from outside of the UK you will be liable for both VAT and Customs Fees on your order.

The amount charged by the customs office is sadly, out of our control and we cannot reimburse you for these charges.

You (the customer) are liable for any VAT and customs duties on your order.

If you’ve refused these fees and your parcel is seized and destroyed by customs you will not be refunded and will not receive a replacement order. You (the customer) are liable for any customs charges/import fees.
