We can not ship items using our Payment Processor, for International Orders please use the Bank Transfer option at checkout where Banking numbers/Codes will be used so you can pay. Please use your order number as reference.
Tracking numbers are automatically emailed to you so please check all folders. Also, tracking numbers can be found via your online account by logging in. Click the link to see where your parcel is.

We will only process a return guaranteed in an instance where the wrong order has been dispatched. All other issues will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
The shopper has the right to cancel within fourteen days of receipt of the goods. If the shopper does cancel their order, they will have their payment refunded within 24 hours once the goods are returned & received by vapeiq.co.uk. If the goods have not yet been dispatched, a refund will be issued within 5 working days.
Goods must be returned in the state they were sent, unopened & unused. If the shopper has experienced an issue with the product itself, then this issue must first be raised with vapeiq before the product is returned.
For UK deliveries we always use a tracked 48 hr or 24 hr service. Please take note that these times are NOT guaranteed.
Please understand that we do not ship on weekends or bank Holidays.
We aim for a 1-3 day dispatch time on all UK orders.
